During your assigned week, you must check
on the paper trailer 3-4 times to ensure it’s neat and well stacked. All papers near the entrance should be moved to
the front. Papers should be stacked up to the yellow line. (The fuller the trailer, the more money the troop gets) If the
trailer is full, please call Mr. Herrington at 874-5756.
If you can’t monitor the trailer
during your week, find someone else to do it (make sure it’s ok with the other person) and call Erik Arent at 616-363-6001.
(Do NOT leave it up to your partner to do it for you).
